Computers in my classroom

I try very hard to incorporate computers in to my classroom but it usually does not happen. We have one computer for my class. There is not funding for computer games. I try to have the students use games that I have found on the internet. Usually the connection is to slow and they often get frustrated and give up because it is so slow. Many times the games require the students to be able to read but my students don’t. There is not enough help in the classroom for someone to be able to sit down and work on the games with the students.

I figured out how to make the links for the different activities that I have created. I had a problem with once I added the link I would go back and check the page and it would not be there. I like Google docs. I think it is a very easy way to make a page and then link it in. It has been a long day figuring out what to do but I am glad I did and I will now use what I have learned in my classroom.

This is a great website to be able to show your students certain information that you want them to focus on for the day. It would be a great activity to use for current events.Webwag
